Join Ride4IBD on Saturday, March 1st at 12:30 PM at the Stagecoach Village, 7100 E. Cave Creek Rd., Cave Creek, Arizona (Located at the BWR Unroad Expo ), join us for the FasCat Coaching led Shakeout Ride, benefiting the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation and warriors living with IBD.
What: a 33.4-mile ride on key parts of the Belgian Waffle Ride-Cave Creek course

Come ride with the Belgian Waffle community, see the first 30 miles of the course, and help create a presence to increase awareness for IBD, along with supporting the local Arizona Crohns and Colitis Foundation Chapter.
